OUR PLANT
Holsum® de Puerto Rico operates its own manufacturing plant under one of the most strict and rigorous quality controls in the industry. This department makes sure that the elaboration processes meet the FDA and OSHA standards. Each production line has sensors to detect particles. An independent Chicago laboratory validates the nutritional information of the total production output. The reliability of the Holsum® quality control systems has been rated again and again as excellent by the American Baking Institute (ABI). This certification is seen by the industry as a seal of guarantee. Holsum® invites the ABI evaluators twice a year to inspect our operations. The factory has also successfully met and complied with the US Navy inspections.
